TEAM ASSIGNMENTS
Team # 1
Genre: Girl Power Overview: Any song or collection of songs performed by a girl band. A girl band is defined as a group featuring a female lead singer and a majority of female band members.
Team # 2
Genre: More Cowbell Overview: Any song or collection of songs that feature a cowbell. The sound of a cowbell must be prominently featured somewhere within your performance.
Team # 3
Genre: Welcome to the Jungle Overview: Any song or collection of songs performed by an ‘80s hair band.
Team #4
Genre: Stadium Anthems Overview: Any song or collection of songs that you would traditionally hear at a sporting event to pump up the crowd and get them excited.
Team # 5
Genre: Dance Dance Revolution Overview: Any song or collection of songs that are associated with a popular, or viral, dance craze. (i.e. YMCA, Gangnam Style, Harlem Shake, etc.)
Team # 6
Genre: Boy Band Overview: Any song or collection of songs performed by a boy band. A boy band is defined as any group made up of of teen or twenty year old males performing harmonized vocals (i.e. *NSYNC, One Direction, BTS, etc.)
Team # 7
Genre: Keep Calm and Rock On Overview: Any song or collection of songs considered rock n’ roll. You can pick any decade and any genre of rock that you desire.

Genre: 80s Prom Night Overview: Any song or collection of songs that would have been played at a high school dance in the United States during the 1980s.
Team # 9
Genre: One Hit Wonders Overview: Any song or collection of songs performed by what would be considered a One Hit Wonder. This is defined as any artist or band that achieves mainstream success with a single hit song, but fails to replicate that success ever again.
Team # 10
Genre: Country Road Overview: Any song or collection of songs that would be considered country. You can pick any decade and any genre of country music that you desire.
Team # 11
Genre: Foreign Import Overview: Any song or collection of songs performed by an artist or band that are from outside the United States. You can pick any decade and any genre of music that you desire.

Genre: We Will Rock You Overview: Any song or collection of songs that are popular enough to be considered sing-a-long songs.
