You must select a team name. Your team name must be based Portfolio name or a part of an asset, either in development, construction or in operation.

You must elect a team captain who will serve as your teams main point of contact for this event.
Your team captain is the only person from your team that can communicate with the event producer.

All song selections are due by December 13, 2025.
Your team can select any song that is associated with your assigned musical genre.
You can select one song or select multiple songs and create a mash-up.
All songs are on a first-come, first-served basis. Since some songs overlap from genre to genre, the team that claims the song first will have exclusive rights for its use during the competition.
Songs must be free of explicit language, including profanity, slurs, or derogatory content.
Songs must avoid lyrical themes involving sexual content or innuendo, violence, drug use or illegal activities, harassment, bullying, or hateful language.

Your final video must feature a minimum of 12 different team members.
The total run time of your video must be between 60-90 seconds in length.
All participants featured in your video must be employees of Arevon and assigned to your team.
Friends, family members and special guests of Arevon employees are allowed to be featured in your film, but must be limited to a brief cameo role.

All video submission are due by January 13, 2025.
Have your Team Captain email the Event Producer for instructions on how to submit your video.
Ensure your video is filmed in landscape format so that it will fill the entire screen when shown at the event.
